UI: "long front V-peplum w/ quilted trim edging, peplum & sleeves - Navy Blue cocktail dress" Navy blue rayon crepe dress, straight knee-length skirt with short sleeves. Square neckline with a 6 3/4" split. Peplum begins at the hips with knife pleats and ends just past hemline forming a V. It is edged with 33 quilted rows of same fabric/thread trapunto. The sleeves have the same quilted edges with 17 quilted rows. Side zipper. Belt is missing. Professionally made, but no tag.
